Vibeke Hansen
Creative Director

Vibeke is a visual and user experience designer with unrivalled creative and industry experience. She has joined SlipStream after working as Creative Director for Schematic London. Prior to that she was responsible for the design of some of the most innovative recent products and services to come from the BBC, as Head of User Experience Design at BBC Future Media & Technology and as Head of Design for the BBC's TV Platforms division, where she headed up a world-class User Experience team specialising in delivering services for TV platforms.

One of her main roles was to ensure cohesive navigation on BBCi across multiple TV platforms as well as advising on future platforms. Vibeke was also the Creative Lead on the hugely successful BBC iPlayer, both for the PC and television.

Vibeke has been awarded a D&AD, BAFTA and Emmy for her work as Creative Director on Spooks Interactive, an International Emmy for BBCi and a BAFTA for her work on the BBC iPlayer. She advises Freeview and FreeSat consortia on EPG development as well as brand development and implementation for digital platforms.
